Who are we?
Hi and welcome to Church of Sweden, Los Angeles

What is it like? We are a Swedish Lutheran Church most of the service is in Swedish but will cross over to make sure everybody feels welcomed and cared for.

What about my kids?  Our Church is an open congregation and children are welcome to utilize the play area in the church or if old enough to play in our playground outside. 

Where do I park? The parking is street parking. If you need assistance or are handicapped, please call us in advance and we make sure to help you with assistance and to keep a parking spot in the church parking lot.

What do I wear? Come as you are!

Volontärer ni behövs alltid!
Volunteers are always welcome and needed!
Volontärer sökes!
  Har du en längtan efter att göra något meningsfullt? Vi söker alltid fler volontärer med olika typer av kompetens och intresseområden. Det finns en pysselgrupp som träffas och tillverkar saker för våra marknader och event. På fredagar träffas en grupp för de som vill laga mat och baka till våra gudstjänster och högtider. Vår Support och Stödgrupp hjälper till med all sorts service till människor i behov. Stöd till kyrkvärdarna. Ibland behövs det hjälp med administration och utskick. 
 Vi är så tacksamma för all hjälp vi kan få. Hör gärna av dig till oss om du vill hjälpa till med något, stort som smått!  losangeles.admin@svenskakyrkan.se
Volunteers wanted!
Do you have a longing to do something meaningful? There is always a need of volunteers with different types of skills, and areas of interest.
We have a craft group that meets and create decorations and seasonal items for our markets and events. Every Friday there is a group for those who want to cook and bake for our services and holidays. 
We have a help and support group that helps with all kinds of services to people in need, sometimes we need help with administration and mailings.
